Fender top indicator lenses/bullbs replacement

I searched on here and I saw a couple posts about the square type indicators but nothing with the round type. The drivers side on my car died and the passenger one had been dead since I bought it and the lense is broken.

I found several replacements available new online but they are nearly $300 or more!

parts - Ive read that these dont actually fit OEM indicators as the new ones are different threads like mentioned in these complete new indicators
