don’t see many of these on formals. Or even C bodies..... is there a reason?

Those wheels were only available for a few years in the late '70s. I remember seeing them on Cordobas, LeBarons & Diplomats. Great looking wheel. My friend had a black on black, fully loaded, including moon roof, '78 LeBaron with those wheels. Talk about a great looking car.

I know a guy with a set. The only turn off for me is they are 6" wide and I don't dig that clown-nose red cap. These, hiding 8" rims, would go on my dream '78 NYB.
Those are rare and valuable W23 Premium wheel covers for a Formal.

This may be a chance for me to join a "you suck list", but I've been sitting on an NOS set for about 20 years.
Hard to find those with the red center medsllions not faded and the chrome coming off of them.

I always preferred the Road wheels myself like on mine. Had to keep the classy white wall theme also.
