I made some notes as I was disassembling the front suspension on my '66 Chrysler Town & Country.
I hope this will be useful for other people getting ready to do front end work on their C bods.
These are from a '66 Chrysler Town & Country, other years and models may differ slightly
Mine has 1973 or 1974 spindles, originally a Budd disc brake car
FRONT SUSPENSION WRENCH SIZES
LOWER BALL JOINT ATTACHING NUTS - (2 per spindle) - 15/16
FRONT STRUT BAR - 15/16
REAR STRUT BAR - 3/4
TORSION BAR ADJUSTING BOLT - 15/16
SPINDLE/DISC ROTOR NUT - 1 1/8
LOWER CONTROL ARM PIVOT NUT - 1 1/8
UPPER BALL JOUNT NUTS - 7/8
LOWER BALL JOINT NUTS - 15/16
TIE ROD ENDS - 3/4
DISC BRAKE CALIPER - 1/2 (can vary)
DISC BRAKE SHIELD - 1/2
It would be interesting to see what differences there are on the hardware from other years
