This was the best one I've done. Trusted myself to remove it early and let it rest for 30min. White meat was really juicy

They are delicious! I have done several. Attention to detail during cooking is paramount!
I have injected spices and flavorings and they have all come out great.
You can re-use the peanut oil (must use it and filter it with cheesecloth).
