Looks more like 516, to me. Sometimes, you have to look closer than normal or even gently put some paint/chalk on the numbers for best visibility. The "normal" B/RB cyl head pre-906s. Nothing wrong with them, per se, just that the exhaust valves are the normal 1.60s rather than the later 1.75s. An easy upgrade that can coincide with "hard seat" installation. The 1.88s were the max size for an engine that was being maxed-out for flat-out racing competitions, when every extra horsepower counted and could mean the difference between winning and otherwise.
Clean them up, port match the intake gasket, possibly a little more clean-up, but not much more. These were also the "closed chamber" heads which combustion chamber design later came back into favor. So, nothing wrong with them at all, for a generally stock motor, or even one a bit hotter.
