WANTED Help needed identifying brake calipers

Box & caliper are marked 95004. This is a rebuilt brake caliper that I bought many years ago. The manufacturer is listed as mid – ill caliper company, Inc. out of Springfield, Illinois. The piston has cast markings of 2856 and 9279. I also have the other side. Appreciate any help identifying these.
