Yeah some nice features: the console and buckets. Too bad it's a 4-door. Still overpriced at 2K.
Not a bad project. At least it's not total trash as some for 2 grand are.

You could part that car out for 1000 if it runs OK.
Engine, AFB carb, 1-year-only trans (and for a bigblock), motormount to sell to a bigblock A-body guy, shifter and cables, console, bucket seats, and lots of odds/ends. The -742 8-3/4 gearset is worth $100 easily even if 2.76 open, and if it has SG it should be the clutch-type that seem to go for ~$500 if it's usable as-is.
If someone was in the market for a 4-dr Slab project car I think it would be worth an inspection. As mentioned, it's a rare combo of 300 4dr and with buckets/console, and would be a cool family cruiser - far cooler than a Poly Fury sedan of the same era???.
EDIT - To clarify my 'part it out' comment:
I wasn't meaning the car should be parted out, just that it was worth a bit more just in parts than $200-500 that was suggested. I see people around here asking $5000 for 2-barrel Newport sedans, so surely this one with some cool options is worth $2000.

OK. I agree. There are some good valuable parts to that car, and the features are not common: the bucket seats and console shifter. I hope the car gets some TLC and doesn't just rot or be a parts car for someone.
