High beam light comes on with park lights and low beam only

Not sure whats going on but the high beam light is acting funny. comes on with the park lights and on low beam. high beam it shuts off. All the lights are working....anyone seen that before?

Sounds like a bad dimmer switch.

Could also be a bad ground to the cluster. Try grounding the cluster with some alligator clips to see of the light works normally.

thanks for the replies. It seems to fixed itself after a 100 mile drive. I do notice the instrument cluster backlights flicker slightly like a turn signal when I put the key on acc or run, they dim up and down slightly in a rhythm. That with the lights on
