Nice movie quote Eddie. That was my guess too either that or it could possibly be a temp plate when moving your house trailer. If there where 2 I would buy the set and restore them. I might still buy it he wasn't asking much for it.

I know in Mass. The state legislator's vehicles have plates that say "HOUSE" or "SENATE" on them.

You can get most single plates for $10. This is in an auction for another 2 days so I will see if I get it. It has more rust than a lot would be surprised if it goes for 10.
