The door tag is the actual end of production date
Nothing out of line there.
Can you post pictures of the door tag and if possible when you have the battery out a picture of the other half of the inspection tag that is connected the trim tag. There should be an inspectors stamp on it. I wouldn't bend it.
Also, if you found the original front seats was there a build sheet in it?
There should be a broadcast sheet under some of your seats. It seems that often times the C's have a broadcast sheet in both the front seat and the rear seat.
There could be a BS behind the glove box or under the carpet. Have seen one in a headliner before also. Keep any scrap you find of the broadcast sheet.

Sure thing sir. I will get on those requests tomorrow night after work. Guys at work last week were asking about a build sheet/broadcast in this beast and I had no clue where it might be. Those are good clues to search for it.

Check out that custom side marker. It's a Polara Custom so I guess that fits right? What do you think, cut up bicycle reflector or.....?

OK so it seems I have a seat mystery. If the front/back seats are out of a different model, really unclear on the bench that was loose up front. I found the seat backs in the trunk. Is this bench from a different car as well? Started to put it back together just now.

I was missing one hubcap. Got it this week. Who would have thought having a full set o' poverty would feel so gOooooood hah.
