Pretty hard to beat a small acreage with a nice bungalow and a large insulated and heated barn. Having a bunch of cool cars in the city can be PITA between dumbass neighbors and the by-law cops.
Along those lines, my better half is buying into the idea of building a 40x80x18 shop where we can back in the fifth wheel hooked up to plumbing and power. A mezzanine with a pool table, wet bar, some fake palm trees etc. A work shop area and a clean parking area. In the winter we could hook on to the 5er and head for warmer climes.I always s told my wife if we ever split up she can have the house. I am buying a whse that I can pull my whole truck and trailer though with enough side room one one side to pull/park all my cars in at angle, easy access and enough room for small camping trailer parked in the corner connected to plumbing with some indoor/outdoor grass carpet in front

You need to find a Formal first.I always s told my wife if we ever split up she can have the house. Tomorrow will be our 21st anniversary I don't think I'm getting a warehouse and a camping trailer. You need to find a Formal first.

You know what they say, you pay a hooker not to have sex but to go away after. That's an idea I had too - camper or housetrailer in a pole barn. Angle parking is a good idea. Might not be too impressive/attractive to chicks in the post-divorce life, but they're more problematic anyway.
1 chick = potential trouble
multiple chicks = trouble for sure, eventually -- even if scheduled/managed correctly
multiple cars = no big deal!
