New shoes for both of my girls. The wagon gave up her 225/70-15s for a set of Hankook Optimo 724 235/75s. The speedo is now exact according to the GPS, and the ride height is up about 3/4". The convertible is getting 235/70-15 TAs to replace the 245/60s. This should give me a bit more ground clearance as well as fixing the speedometer error.

It would be interesting to know what speedo gear you have in the txsm to make the 75R15's match up to the accurate speed.

But knowing you , you probably paid below cost....but that's ok we can eat kraft dinner for a few more weeks and little Timmy's operation will happen oneday...lol

I thought about it, but the local guy here gave me a price I couldn't complain about, and only a 5 minute round trip from home.

I'm just pokin ya. I got my optimos thru harpers in the city. My "Parts Mgr" couldn't locate any even though we use the same distributor

I'd be interested in what you think of the H724's. I'm just starting my search for a new set and trying to decide between these and the Cooper Trendsetter SE's.

The Hankooks ride nice. As far as the BFGs, it's a win-win-win situation. They ride considerably smoother than the 60 series, my ride height is up 1 1/4", and my speedo is only reading 2% high rather than the 10-12% high before. That should bring my highway revs down a bit.
