So….have you bought a sheet of 1/2” CDX plywood recently?! $70!! A 2x4x8’ KD jumped up to $9.89 at its worse and now backed off to $7.98. 89 octane is approaching $4. Appliances delayed due to shortage of microchips. Is prices really due to supply chain issues as a result of COVID?….or is it because Noah is building his second arc with all the rain up here in the northeast?!!
