Imperial dash giving me fits

Got the '66 reassembled in time for the parade...that got rained out. Goofy crap going on with the dash now...

What works: Gauges. Speedometer. Courresy lamps. Headlights and front parking lights. Top switch. Wipers. Taillights come on when h/l switch is on, but the brake lights illuminate, instead.

What doesn't: Radio. Instrument panel and radio illumination. Brake lights. Running lights (rear inop). Turn signals.

What worked before: Radio, dash lights, turn indicators, running lights, brake lights, top, wipers.

Any ideas??? I didn't do any cutting or splicing of any kind while under the dash.

The cluster looks good, from what I can see. The rear lights are a ground problem I thought I had fixed last Summer. The flashers appear to be a bad flasher relay. The speaker lead wasn't pushed on the speaker to make good contact. But since the brake booster went South on me, I'm gonna pull the cluster to check all the bulbs and such, and at the same time, remove the brake booster without having to be a contortionist. Fun!
