is this second or third seat for a 1960s New Yorker wagon?

The seat "I inherited" is 53" wide . is it the middle seat or the third, rear facing seat? It came from a 1963 new yorker wagon. Also, what years would it fit?

The seat in the picture is the 2nd Row seat.

Main bottom cushion that mounts to the floorboard with those metal brackets.
