Last fall, it was the factory AM-FM I was able to locate. This spring it's the front drivers seat repair. It needed attention as every time I got in and out some more of the foam would come out. I could have gone the legendary route but since the rest of the interior is in such good shape my goal was to keep as much original as possible. It's not a perfect match in color, but the best we could do from the samples available, and as many of the original panels are retained as possible.

Looks great. When I did my interior the back seat was (and is) still perfect. I was able to buy just the front seat kit from Legendary. It is next to impossible to tell the difference. Where did you find a factory AM/FM radio? I've been looking for one of them for years.

I found my AM/FM in this forum. I'd recommend making a "saved search" on eBay for "MOPAR AM/FM" or something similar. Good luck finding one.

The passenger seat is fine, Legendary has those but in pairs only and I didn't need that. On the radio, I did a full search on Craig's list and found it in the Detroit area. They pop up on ebay every now and then, there was just one for $200 but I think its sold.

PS...I've heard of vintage car radio repair shops that one can just send the non-working radio to. Never paid attention though. Even heard of places that will renew all the guts inside...Hemmings magazine? Right now, I have 3 classics that have all 3 AM radios working. Unbelievable right? But I really don't turn them on much because what is there...like 1 or 2 stations that actually come in?

With basic electrical knowledge, it's fairly easy to restore your radios yourself.
 
Here is a link to some conversations on radio conversions that are out there on this site.
This one started with converting the front speaker, but talks about conversions out there. Don't know, but would think they could take a non working radio and convert it, since they add / change some of the components. (Disclaimer, I have not yet done this)

Nice job. I love the color combo on your car.
I try to preserve as much original material as possible too. I just had the lower rear cushion on the Admiral redone and it's tough to tell old from new.
 
Totally agree with Will. That's the true Spirit of restoration, replace as much as needed and Keep your Hands off the rest.
 
Been looking for an 8 track for a 68 Fury. One year only, very hard to find.

There was one, (don't have the site but probably easy find), in Alabama, former people from Huntsville Electronics where the radios were made.
