I was fixing up some wiring on my 65 Sport Fury and somehow just noticed after owning the car for 3 years, the break pedal is much further back than the clutch. Took it out, no issues with the brakes (power), pedal is firm with reasonable travel, it just starts back further than the clutch. Any ideas what's the deal?

There usually are rubber stops that the pedals fall back against when not in use. Check to see that both are in place.

Power brake pedal sits further back than manual brake pedal, and does NOT sit as high as the clutch when so equipped. Brake pedal sits higher on manual brake cars, and the pedals sit even on cars with manual brakes/trans. All looks exactly right to me in your picture.
