So I have been having trouble with the driver side ex manifold. There is a lip in between the 2 center exhaust ports and it wasn't sealing correctly. I ended up sealing it for a little while but apparently there was enough of a lip the heat cycles caused the ear for the bolt to crack all the way across.
My Questions
Is it better to just replace the stock manifold with another stock manifold? I've herd these 73 Newport's don't fit a lot of exhaust systems
Is there a bolt in header that isn't custom or 1k that will fit without major modification?

There isn't a lot of info on these cars I appreciate anything I can get at the moment.

If nobody has one here on this forum I bet Murray Park in Ohio does. His phone number and email are on his website.

On any replacement manifold, be sure to check how the flange at the back is "clocked". In some cases, the base manifold can be identical, but the flange could be rotated from what you need it to be to match your existing pipes. Especially of the flange is "flat". If the rear flange is a ball joint flange, there should be no issues.

ANY tubular header will require major modifications to the front half of the existing exhaust system.

Based on the information below, 1973 LH left hand (driver side) exhaust is a one-year only part number for your C-body Newport 400 V8. However, other years 1969-1972 may fit although they have a different part number.
I think you should remove the exhaust manifold and have a machine shop plane it flat at the mounting surface.
If it is too badly warped or otherwise damaged beyond repair, you could try a manifold from any 1969-1973 Fuselage big block car. At most, an exhaust shop might have to adjust the position of the y-pipe.
