I believe I have the solution for gaskets on 65 to 68 wagon quarter windows. I found almost a perfect match the only difference is the density of the rubber. this is a little denser than original. the factory seals had a thin strip of foam on the lower part of the gasket and up the sides about 6 inches. this was to fill in any small gaps due to body imperfections for a good seal. they also used putty in 3 of the corners of the body. I dug out my old hard putty and put some fresh stuff in. I put the thin strips of foam in the window cavity rather than on the gasket. there is one glued seam in the one corner. that tight corner needed to be cut anyway so that is where I made the joint. the gasket goes around the other 3 corners nicely without any puckering to speak of. I installed one in the body and did a water test. I had not one drop of water on the inside after soaking down for at least 3 hours. see pics

Absolutely incredible!! You are literally the ONLY person to figure it out.

You know the next question— where do I get some for my wagon?

I am trying to figure out a price as we speak. I am guessing around 200 us plus the ride. includes putty and foam strips. I figure to make a case of beer off each order. lol I am going to order a couple hundred feet for starters. it takes roughly 25 feet to make a pair. if you want the set I made I will send them out. I am a ways away yet on my wagon completion. the others I make will be identical to the ones I just made. pm me if you want them and I will get a price next week on shipping for you.

Got mine out today in preparation... no severe rot thankfully, just scale in the rear corner and surprisingly up top above the glass. Such a simple gasket it boggles my mind as to how the major suppliers blew me off:

FYI, mine are absolutely rotted to dust. Also, the foam seal on my wagon went all the way up to each corner rather than the 6” you referenced... odd

yea Tim mine were pretty rotted as well. the foam probably went all the way up but mine disintegrated when i pulled them out. i believe i sent you enough to go up both sides. let me know how you make out. Paul
