Ross lost his desire to be an Inspirational/Motivation speaker. Went to quicky school. Got Class A. Joined a FreightShaker forum.

I start a new "job" on January 1. I'll be the president and have equity in a large local (3 Ohio markets) roofing company. I also am, and will continue to be, a sales trainer.

I was previously vp of sales/sales trainer for a huge, regional contractor. I've told you all that before....

That's why I pull steel most of the mills are pull in yank or load the coil pull out the other side I don't think they trust us to back up LoL
 
At :55 I turn around in front of the camera with a big tool belt on. You see me again after that as the black dude on the far right, just left of my buddy Joe in the Gilligan hat.

We we did a LOT of white rubber & I had quite the tan... I was in pretty good shape too.
