That is Mike Fons in his 67 Camaro racing Richard Oldfield in the Motown Missle. This pic was taken in 1970. Mike Fons would later be hired to drive the Missle

John Hagan's 70 Cuda Pro Stocker. John had a bunch of MOPAR race cars. I believe all where Plymouths except an old Biscayne he ran a year or two in the early 60's. There is a page on Facebook dedicated in his memory
