Need help

Just recently bought a 1964 Chrysler 300 and it needed a front clip so I bought a 1963 Chrysler Newport 4 door for the front clip. I moved all that over to my 300 and tried putting my 1964 bumper on and it won’t go on. Is the 1963 valance different than the 1964??

The different year bumpers are not the same.
