Need major help, Chrysler Newport

I'm part of a cruiser group here. I might have someone lined up to find and look at it but I'm in 3 bands, run sound at a bar, have a regular 9 to 5, and small kids. Hard to find quality time to fixing this thing daily anymore.

Well I found the issue. I put a new ignition switch in and it still wanted to start automatically. Looked up under there. The wires look all chewed through and exposed. Weird cause I baby this car and always keep it inside but the wires are screwed. Couldn't get a clearer picture but here it is.
