Check out those white walls, sort of a full white wall but not, certainly a wider line that what you get on tires nowadays.
 
Looks like the tractor is missing a rear wheel. Interesting wheel mounts - looks like they are cast iron.

That looks like a tag axle that get lowered when the truck is loaded, to allow it to run as a single axle when empty. Those cast wheels (along with split rims) were the norm back in the day.

I had look in my "photo garage" at our 71 Sport Fury. Dual white line tires were used in 71 and 70 on most mopars. From a distance they do look like a wide white wall. That last Fury on the top of trailer looks like it could have been dad's.
