Took the Americans and T/A's off the 70 3 Hundred and put them on my Seneca.
What a difference! It goes down the road much nicer than with the wide whitewall Cokers.

That is one wild looking car in a very good way.

1961 Perfection. What are the wheel and tires sizes? Thanks in advance.

Very nice, and :welcome:. same to you De Soto Joe.

How about more pics and some info on your 61 Seneca.
I like the flamingo too.

I purchased the 61 in 2009 with 24K on it. Sold new in North Dakota it had been shedded and off the road since the mid 70's.
Even though it was rust free and original paint it was tired looking...chips, leaking seals ,water stained head liner etc.
So it came apart ,stripped it to bare metal, repainted in the original black and all mechanical components were resealed. Its bone stock 318 3 on the tree with no power options......in fact the only option beside V8 appears to be the dual mirrors. I had to recore the rad and heater core this spring apart from that it's given me 5 summers of trouble free driving....it's turning over 35K today ! Still running points and the original clutch is still fine. Thing I like about it is it's real thifty on fuel compared to my 70 300. It's a keeper (:

NICE! Love the 61's. My first car was a 61 Seneca, baby blue with a slant 6 and push button trans. Paid $100 for it in '76. My brother and I chipped in together on it. Keep up the good work on her. Keep us posted.
