For Sale NOS front carpet HELP!

Recently found two of the custom fit NOS original Mopar carpets. There is no part number on the boxes. Trying to figure out the application. Maybe someone can recognize the heel pad or? I will sell them but want to make sure of application. They look like C Body possibly late 60's to me?

I assume accessory mats but odd there is no Mopar # on the box.

I found a hand written number on the flap. Its 3620908 I have not looked but would guess 72-4 possibly. They may be for truck?
