Fair enough, what I was trying to suggest is that the members should help each other out, where if you'd bought it, another member could have stored it for a time, rather than miss out on a car.
Just that so often folks miss out on a vehicle because they don't know anyone in that area, maybe other members can assist, these vehicles are getting rarer and rarer, so let's save them while we can.

I agree 100%. I would gladly allow a driveway slot (a tucked-around driveway in a safe neighborhood) to someone that needed something like this stored for a season or 2 until they got their plans in order. They'd need to buy it, deliver it, and insure it, of course - but I'd keep a watchful eye on it while it was here. Depending on the season, might be able to put it indoors, too, if the car/situation deserved it.

I think there are a few of us that would do the same, we just don't mention it?
