I think it looks great. I don’t know much about these cars, but this struck me as an impressive one.

I had an '84 - sweet cars!

From '83 on they were known as Fifth Avenues. The New Yorker name was no longer used after '82, although the script on the read door panel said "New Yorker" wherein '82 it said "Fifth Avenue Edition." By '84, the year I had, the name New Yorker was no where to be found on the car.

Is it rear wheel drive? I see it has a 318.

Very comfortable cars and stone cold reliable if the lean Burn is gone. There should be some last run roller cammed tbi ones out there.

Looks like a very nice car to have! They were extremely luxurious in the true sense of the word. Geared for highway cruising, as most cars of that era tended to be. Hope it finds a good home!

One of the most reliable cars you could hope to own. Even the LB problems were worked out on these cars. Mine still has the LB and continues on without a problem.

Biggest complaint is that these cars are low on power (as everything 80's was). You'll get there, just not very fast.
