One small step for a MANKIND ,one giant leap for ME !

I'm glad you have your priorities straight, you can always work on the house later. I'd give anything to have a garage like that, well done.

I keep that in my mind! ....to be honest, my wife has been great and understanding to my ideas . Besides I will also enjoy the result of renovation and at the same time another car, new garage and wife like that, that's what I call win, win, win, win situation !!! :D

Ok. Now I better understand what the heck was going on here.

Very nice. Looks like plenty of room to work.
I like the boot cleaner by the door.

Now for the wheel washer before you drive in.

After selling dozens of cars to Finnish buyers for the last 15 years or so, I have gotten to know the culture pretty well. I have never had a bad purchase experience with any of the buyers. And many want me to come back to visit them someday.

Your society reminds me of the way the U.S. used to be some 40 years ago. People are all very kind, get along together very well and enjoy life to the fullest despite very hard and long winter months. People are all seemingly energetic, excerise a lot (many of them are farmers who have no choice) and they love get-togethers often, and a strong family life is very important and a certerpiece of their society. They also revere our past culture and the automobiles we produced when we actually were great. They also generally restore their cars to very high standards.

I am glad to call many of the Finnish people my very good friends.

Continue to do what you are doing!

We could learn from you folks these days.

Best Regards,
Steve

Some improvements in the garage. I found sound absorbing panels from local "craigslist" , just only 60 euros. Okay, half of them was white and an other half was unpainted . No problem, I paint them and one sheet metal guy made those end pieces. Again my friend, Valtteri, helped me to install them. And must say, they helped a lot.
This time I can say, "sounds good to me "!
Regards and have a nice weekend,
Mika

That looks like a well thought out garage plan and upgrade that looks very clean and quiet!

Enjoy your new working environment and stay warm this winter.
