And relisted again, same opening bid, probably the same reserve. What’s the definition of insanity? He can only do this three more times, then his annual allotment of free vehicle listings is up.
 
Based on what Saforwardlook said earlier (I think it was him?) about eBay's 20% rule, reserve must be at least $18k.

Here's the bidder that seems to be probing on this car. Why it shows them as c----o instead of c----k I don't know.

It would be a victimless thing, not really manipulating things - just stirring them up a little.
 
Yes, reserve has to be 20% higher than the opening bid, but the seller can lower the reserve at anytime after the first bid to make the sale.
 
How many times has it been listed and not met reserve? I should just cut and paste my responses from Sept 14 here. The seller needs to lower the reserve in the 8 to 10K range in order to make a legitimate sale.

This is the third time it's been listed.
