I couldn't find anything on the dealership but happened on this.

Vienna Austria. start of the Alpine Trial motorcross road rally of the then' finest cars of the burgeoning car industry.

Photos below circa 1914.. The local Rolls Royce and Cadiillac dealerships. Given its Vienna, likely to still be there somewhere.

Former Romy Hammes Ford, 223 N. Lafayette at La Salle, South Bend, IN.

36K sq. ft, built 1922, art deco. Multi-tenant usages since late 1970's when it ceased to be a retail dealer., then vacant from about 2002 to 2014. Assorted other usages right up to today.

Way too big for a "hobby house", needs environmental remediation, commercial zoning, etc , but I still like it.

The former Garrity Motors Dodge, later Al Deeby Dodge. 11500 Joseph Campau, Hamtramck MI.

Built late 1930's, brick & limestone facade, industrial moderne, that aluminum siding "ring" around the roof clearly not original (probably for safety/security for rooftop parking). About two miles directly north of the former (now long gone) Dodge Main plant.

Today a specialty furniture store. Hamtramck has seen better days, but like Detroit downtown, there are flickers of rebirth.

Today. Buiilding was some other kind of auto dealership before Garrity but don't know what. I recall it from the 1970's and only know it as a Dodge dealer.

A look inside ... far end of first pic the interior ramp to second floor still there. Reinforced concrete, mostly "clear" span, two stories plus roof lot.

'42 Ford duallys. I'd say this is a different plant from the one above.

Flathead Fords. Late in the series, at least 1949.

Note use of "beam" torque wrench.

Former DuTeau CHevrolet, 1800 O Street, Lincoln NE.

Built 1928, shown here in 1941l. DuTeau still in business in another location.

Typical of giant, self contained, reinforced concrete boxes/showrooms/indoor lots.

In urban locations, many were razed for thr land, others with alternative uses from spectacular high dollar makeovers to uninspired humiliations.

Today. Updated interiors, faithfully preserved 1930's brick and limestone, industrial classic modern architecture.
