Several neat old things here on this Tx site . but one got my attention.

2401 Johnson St., Greenville TX, built 1930, art deco/streamline moderne.

This site has particularly descriptive writeups (age, architectural style, exact location, etc) useful to me in my "hobby house" (i.e., NOT over 20K sq.ft inside, ex. commercial site for vehicle storage/suitable for "residential" on same premises).

Furniture store to EAST not available, but might be. Right climate, good mix of covered/open space, small downtown area near a metropolitan area (Dallas), no graphitti on everything, etc.

Still there.
