Looked it up. Page Hughes Buick on Rt. 50 (Annandale Rd and Rt 50) in Falls Church, VA would later become Bill Page Pontiac and is now Bill Page Honda. From another web page I read, looks like this may have been located where a McDonald's now stands (next to Bill Page Honda). The photo is apparently from the Quenton Porter Collection

Looks like Victorian number plates, as in the State of Victoria, Australia. The car front and centre is a HR Holden.
