I saw that on Facebook. 10 minutes from me. Confines of the 123rd Precinct. I agree, "The years have not been good to the place". Quite a bit before my time but Tottenville was a real rural area back then. The southernmost part of NYS. My Dad grew up at the orphanage, Mount Loretto. That's where the outside scene of the church in the Godfather was filmed.
