If this car was a 1970 Sport Fury, there would be a battle going on right now to see who could get it first. And I'd be crying, since I can't spend that kind of bread on a car right now.

He says it came from Wisconsin. Is that any diferent than Connecticut?

Possibly. CT uses salt in the winter. I don't know about WI. Based on the before photo in the ad, I would say that this car did not see a lot of winter use.
 
I'd love to see one of these with a 5.9 Mag, Hughes Airgap EFI intake and a few other mild tweaks, hidden under light-blue paint and a single-snorkel.
Nobody would notice it, and it should run as well as a 383 car and be better on gas.

But I do get the point...definitely a better starting point than a 318.
