Looks like an early-sixties radio-delete plate; 1961 would be my guess. Here is one on eBay for comparison:

I purchased this for $65. It's in great shape with some minor pitting. I sort of like items like this because its unique. So plan to display it. However, if someone needs this, I will let it go for what I paid for it. The one on Ebay is $26 but has extensive pitting.
