I think that part with the ? taped on it doesn't belong. You might want to pull that out.
It's used as a low fuel warning/voltage limiter. My 300 had one.

I removed the tape and there was the part number. It came all together and I thought it might be a high fan relay. I'll revise.

The switch bezel is a little different for the '69-'70. The one you have looks like it's for the later dash. My '70 looks like this:

Regardless, that's a great price. I spotted just the fan motors at Carlisle for over $100.

The defogger unit will likely cross over to most 65 and later c bodys. The switch cover has part #2985697 which is 1970-72 Imperial.
