I have 2 IBM punchcards for 67 Plymouth cars.
Region 71 dealer code 61848
And
Region 73 dealer code 07906
Can anyone tell me the dealers name?

I did not come across any "ordinary" dealer codes in the 10000-19999 range. They must have served some other purpose. For instance,

12003 Chrysler Corporation Fleet Div Employee Lease, Detroit, Michigan

seen on a 1978 car.
