Seal removal.

Does anyone have a quick way to remove the crank oil seal from timing chain cover? I dont have or can find a special tool to remove it and put new one in and I dont want to damage cover! Any tips always helpful. My parts should be here tomorrow, want to get 440 back together this coming weekend!

Always used these for removal.

To put them back in always used a piece of wood and tapped them in gently.
