cant say lve ever seen a double latched hood before...must be a pursuit..rear end feature to keep hood closed...

I have owned cars with nicer paint from a roller...

Being a CO car it's probably fairly solid. If it was mine it would go back to a vinyl top and buff the paint and drive as is. Amazing how small a black roof looks on these cars.
