And as to your friends, they were never "hispanic." They are Mexican. Hispanic is some made-up word the politicians made up to put everybody in little boxes.

Pato is the same thing in Puerto Rican as puto is in Mexican. And in Cuban it's maricon or pato, depending on what side of the island you are from.

Don't know who your "Hispanic friends" are but my wife IS Puerto Rican and a card carrying member of the National Federation of Republican Women and is very proud to have voted for Donald Trump!
Maybe they could take a lesson or two from her and stop bashing OUR President.

I remember taking "sensitivity" training in the Army about this. Mexicans, Hondurans, etc referred to the one's who were born in their native countries. Wasn't the term Hispanic used for their offspring who were born here?

That I do not know, Dave. I always thought "hispanic" was anyone of Latin origins regardless of birthplace.

I didn't think I would be agreeing with George Carlin, but he got it right. Personally I would like to see both the Democratic and Republican parties disappear along with our present drama queen President who focuses on too many of the wrong things (mostly himself).

Are all these politicians and other idiots really the best this country can do? We are becoming a joke to the rest of the world. And that is dangerous.

I played another Carlin video for you that had asked was tthiz the best we can do " Garbage in, Garbage out .

Not sure what is wrong about focusing on America first, immigration ( saving millions of dollars and saving lives) buy American, the economy and a strong defense.
