steering coupler

ok so i was out working on the 66 this afternoon and noticed this steering coupler is in bad shape not sure what it is exactly called or where to begin to look any help is appreciated.

"Rag Joint" OEM is very expensive.
Jegs has these but you need to measure the original to make sure it will fit.
