Those models are in high demand in the Forward Look crowd. If I were 20 years younger, I would be considering it (it would need to have the engine though to get his price). Think of the end result:

The finished one has Wisconsin Collector plates on it. It was part of the Jess Ruffalo cars. He would bring about a dozen Mopars of that era to the Iola car show. Rumor is this years theme is "Service Vehicles". So I will need to bring my '70 Fury III ex-WSP car up for a day or two.

Look past the rust bucket... 61 rag top looks pretty savable.
 
Although the 1960 Polara is an apparently incomplete car perhaps, it is still worth a lot more than a 1961 Chrysler Newport convertible, I believe. That Polara even has much of the impossible to get trim on it.
