The Windowregulator, the Spring, and the DANGER..

Ok Guys,

the windowregulator spring came off. And now I have no clue how to put it back on the regulator.
Got it in once with force, but it flew off as soon as I turned the crank. Scary stuff ;-)
I fugure it must be under tension when the glass is rolled down?

Never mind guys,
put on my armor and got it in again, under tension.
This time I didn´t turn the crank, untill it was installed in the door.
No flying objects this time.
