Tie Rod and Ball Joint Dust Boots

I have an issue with one of my fairly new tie rods and Lower Ball Joints. They are a year old and I noticed that the Dust Boots are ripped. Its just on one Tie Rod and one Lower Balljoint. Anyways, does anyone know where i can find replacements? I saw that Energy suspension makes them but I cant find a part number for them without having to disassemble the suspension and Measure everything. Maybe someone has done this before and has a part number? Or even a place where i can buy them?

Autozone lists "non specific vehicle" or , in other words, universal fit boots on their site.

The energy suspension 13102 contains the 2 upper, and 2 lower ball joint dust boots in polyurethane. I used these for my 68 fury.

This is the set I found to be the tie rod set. You would need to order 2 of these since they come as a pair that way all the tie rods would have poly boots.

I had the same thing happen on the wagon, tie rod boot tore. I went down to my local parts house and grabbed a new one off the "Help" board. Has been holding up fine since.
