As many of you seen this Canadian built 70 GT in Ohio for sale a few weeks back. It was heading for Poland but the buyer decided he wanted a 71 GT since he already had a 70. So I mentioned to him @Trailer Park was interested in the car and a deal was made. I'm storing the car for him and the part's car till spring and he can have them transported.

Few more pictures gave the car a bath today and found 2 broadcast sheets and some pictures of the part's car which took a pretty good hit on the passenger side bent the stub in 3 spots that I found. Now to work on a list of stuff the GT needs from it.

FWIW a red stripe was not offered on the GT series, just black, white or orange.

Oh, very interesting and turn of events. It looks pretty good cleaned up. I didn't really expect to see the quarter panel rot but kind of expected it too since that is where they like to rot. That headliner is in great shape too.

Congradulations Trailer Park!!

Hmmm, so the parts car is a 2-door. Interesting

I'm really happy how decent the interior really is the other car has the stuff the GT needs. I wasn't expecting the driver to be as bad compared to the passenger which was shown in pic's from Facebook. But overall it's a pretty special GT and will be beautiful when fully restored!!
