Unidentified clicking object

Hey guys, what's this? It make a clicking noise whenever the car is running, there is a vacuum line going to it, and a single cable coming out of it. Thoughts..

p.s. It's on a '65 Yorker

I don't think so, it sits just above the cruise control

Aftermarket cruise servo ? Does the Auto Pilot work ? Maybe the original failed at some point, and an aftermarket cruise setup was installed. It should have more hooked to it than that though.

It runs down the firewall, it looks like at some point an aftermarket air suspension was installed, could it be part of that?

Remove it, no more clicking, or turn up the radio.

It is not factory. It is an aftermarket device.

Bottom line is there is an input and an output, follow them to the ends and see what it does, kind of answers itself.
