Damn...I got scammed like that once. In an extraordinary stroke of luck, Paypal somehow decided to give my money back, despite there being no buyer protection. Since then I've never pushed it and always insist on the business transaction option (or whatever it's called) so my butt is covered.

Just heard back from him- he was in a car wreck and having a bad week- I have to eat crow- I judged him too quickly and am sorry for that.I felt he was a honest guy and should of given him the benefit of doubt.

My bad - I had notified @66l78rat that I hadn’t heard from him in 3 days. It appears that I jumped the gun and notified him that he appeared to be untrustworthy.
He’s apologized and wants to make this right.

I’m hoping he delivers. I always need to understand that everyone has their own battles…
