I had a '77 GMC Jimmy, took the top off once, it was nice, and you could light a cigarette going down the road at 65mph without cupping your hand! But it sucked putting the top on without help, so I didn't do it again. I got rid of it shortly after the summer was over. It was a fun beater though. Always wanted a RamCharger or TrailDuster, but I've only found over priced rusty ones for sale. Kind of disappointing driving almost five hours one way to see the "rust free" rockers are rusty, and smashed up flat with the floor. That's why I called and asked, thank you.

That would be last month, before hibernation. Or do you mean with the top down? In any case, I still drive with a hole in the roof open most of the year.
