Whilst perusing this thread - THANK YOU for starting it Mr 67Newport - I couldnt help but notice something [amongst many others ] ; that being the inordinately high percentage of photos that had Corvairs in them. I know this is a Chrysler forum, but the Corvairs just sorta 'stuck out' to me. I "re-perused" it quickly and counted 49 Corvairs [including one Corvair van] in the images. Even given the repeats, I thought that a pretty high percentage. I also noticed a whole bunch of interesting and 'different' cars scattered throughout, but the plethora of Corvairs just sorta caught my attention.
Wonder what this 'says'? Did Corvair people travel more? Were Corvairs significantly more popular than one would assume? Do I need to get up and go do something useful? I dunno...
